SHIPPING:

All of our products are shippable domestically using UPS or United States Postal Service.

We do ship internationally using United States Postal Service unless another company is specified and paid for by the customer.

All of our orders are shipped within 2 days of receipt of order, unless otherwise specified at the time the order is placed.

 Once shipped a tracking number will be sent to you through the e-mail you have used to place the order and Log-in to our system.

Tracking numbers can be traced at any time through the respective shipping company's website. (UPS or USPS)

This information will be sent along with the tracking number.

In store pick up is an option, once you have placed your order please call 718-609-9184 and we will let you know when your order is available for pickup.

RETURNS:

All of our items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. The items must be returned in the original packaging, with tags and unworn.

Include a copy of your invoice and specify if the item is a return or exchange.

Shipping for returns are not refundable.

Credits will be issued within 3 days of receiving the item.
